Regarding Orders
・About Made-to-Order Products
Since made-to-order (pre-order) products immediately proceed to the production process after an order is placed, we do not accept changes, cancellations, or exchanges after the order is completed.
Please confirm the details in advance before placing your order.
・About Size and Product Changes
Due to system limitations, direct changes to size or product cannot be made after an order is completed.
If you wish to make changes, you will need to cancel your original order and place a new one.
Please contact us via the Contact form if you wish to do so.
*Cancellations of only a portion of an order cannot be processed by the system, so the entire order may be cancelled. Please note that in such cases, the item may be sold out when you reorder.
・About Multiple Orders
Due to system limitations, items ordered separately cannot be shipped together.
Shipping fees will be incurred for each order, so please be aware of this before placing your order.
・About Receipts and Invoices
Our store operates paperless. Also, as we primarily sell to B2C customers, we do not issue individual receipts or invoices.
Please use the statement of use issued by your credit card company or similar documentation.
Regarding Products
・Our jewelry pieces are handmade, each finished individually. Unlike mass-produced items, we deliver them as an expression that includes slight individual differences and imperfections.
・About Custom Orders and Specification Changes
Currently, we do not accept individual custom orders. We also cannot accommodate changes in specifications for earrings, piercings, parts, etc.
・About the Silver925 Series
The Silver925 series is made-to-order, so we do not accept ring size exchanges.
Ring resizing is subject to consultation depending on the product and its condition. If possible, a size adjustment of approximately ±1-2 sizes from the current size is a guideline, but it may be difficult to accommodate depending on the design or condition.
Please note that some designs may require re-creation, in which case a fee equivalent to the ring price may be charged.
・About Resin Materials
Products using resin may have small air bubbles due to the nature of the material. Please understand this as part of the product's expression.
*If you are concerned about this, we recommend choosing designs with darker colors.
Also, storing or using the product in high humidity, high temperature, or direct sunlight may accelerate material degradation. Please refer to general storage methods for resin products.
・About Vintage Parts
Products using vintage parts may show minor scratches and wear due to age.
While we do not use items that are excessively deteriorated, we cherish the scratches and changes that have accumulated over time as part of the product. Please understand this before purchasing.
・About Earring Backs
Earring backs have individual differences. We check them for fit before shipping, but they may feel stiff or difficult to attach initially because they are new.
They will become accustomed to use over time, so unless they are extremely loose or fall off, they are not considered defective.
How to Order
Adding an item to your cart does not secure inventory; inventory is secured only when your order is completed. Please note that if multiple orders are placed simultaneously, an item may be out of stock even after your order is completed.
If you pay for a pre-order item and a regular sale item at the same time, they will be shipped at the same time as the pre-order item.
Regarding Order Confirmation Emails
After your order is confirmed, an order completion email will be automatically sent from the system.
Due to system constraints, we cannot resend emails. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please set up your email reception and domain specific reception settings before placing your order.
Regarding Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs
・About Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please consider carefully before placing your order.
*Customer convenience refers to reasons such as "it's not what I imagined," "the size doesn't fit," or "I made a mistake in ordering."
・About Initial Defects
While we take every precaution to ensure product quality, if there is any damage (e.g., a detached part) upon arrival, please contact us via the Contact form within 3 days of receiving the product.
Provided the product is unused, we will discuss and address the issue if it is returned within 7 days of arrival.
*We cannot respond to claims after the above period for any reason.
*If parts are lost, we may charge a separate fee for the parts.
Regarding Shipping
・Our jewelry is generally "made-to-order," created one by one after an order is placed. Therefore, delivery takes approximately 1 to 2 months.
Additionally, during busy seasons such as major holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and Christmas, delivery may take longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Please note that it may be difficult to provide an accurate shipping date for individual inquiries such as "When will it be shipped?" as it varies depending on production status and material availability.
We are carefully proceeding with production in order, so we appreciate your understanding.
・About Tracking Number Reflection
Immediately after the shipping confirmation email is sent, or during periods of increased shipping volume,
the delivery status may be displayed as "Tracking number not registered" due to Yamato Transport's system. This is due to the timing of collection and data reflection by Yamato Transport and may be reflected the following day or the day after.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please wait for a while for the reflection.

・About Delivery Date and Time SpecificationDue to system limitations, we do not accept requests for delivery date and time specifications.
Please specify directly with Yamato Transport using the tracking number provided in the shipping completion email.
