About the product

Currently, we are not accepting individual orders.
- Earrings, piercings, parts, etc. cannot be changed.
・Jewelry that uses vintage parts may have small scratches or stains depending on the item. We do not use items that are in extremely poor condition, but we consider the deterioration and scratches on vintage parts accumulated over the course of daily life to be part of the expression of the jewelry, so please understand this before purchasing.
- Each piece of jewelry is handmade by hand with great care, and even the imperfections are considered beautiful.
・Since the silver 925 series is made to order, we cannot exchange ring sizes. Ring resizing is available upon request depending on the product and its condition. If resizing is possible, it will be within ±1~2 sizes of the current ring size, but since each ring is handmade by a craftsman, it may be difficult for us to accommodate depending on the product (depending on the design) and its condition, so please contact us.
Depending on the ring design, it may have to be remade from scratch, so the fee may be the same as the price of the ring.
・Please understand that small air bubbles may occur in resin due to the nature of the material, and that this is an expression of the piece. (If this bothers you, please choose a dark color or black. For clear or light-colored items, you can see small air bubbles in the photos.)
-The jewelry sold in our store is one-of-a-kind vintage items or made to order by hand, so we are unable to offer exchanges or other services.
・There are individual differences in earring backs. During production and before shipping, we check whether the earring back fits properly, and if it does not slip out, it is not a defective back. *Because it is a new back, there may be some cases where it gets caught, but it will become familiar with the more you use it.

How to order

Simply install the BASE app on your device and register your customer information, credit card information, etc. in the PAY ID within the app in advance to create a system that will enable you to place orders smoothly.
In addition, the stock is not reserved when you add a product to your cart, but when your order is completed. Please note that if multiple purchases are made at the same time, the product may be out of stock when your order is completed.

Due to the specifications of the BASE system, pre-order items and regular sales items cannot be placed in the same cart, so they must be ordered separately.

Regarding the order completion email

Once your order is confirmed, BASE will automatically send you a purchase completion email from noreply@thebase.in containing payment information and other details.
Due to the nature of the BASE system, we are unable to resend emails from our store. We apologize for the inconvenience, but before placing your order, we ask that you please set up your email to receive emails from noreply@thebase.in or to specify thebase.in as a domain-specific reception setting.

Returns, exchanges and repairs

・For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please consider carefully before ordering. (※Customer convenience includes "different from what I expected," "size doesn't fit," "wrong order," etc.)

・We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged (parts missing) upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. (We will only respond to inquiries if the product is returned unused within 7 days of receiving the product. *As refunds are not possible due to the BASE system, we will only be able to provide replacement or repair services. After the above period has passed, we will not be able to respond for any reason. In addition, if any parts are lost, we will charge you for the cost of the parts and other expenses.)
・Any repairs after that will be charged (repair cost + parts cost, etc.). Because vintage parts are used, it may not be possible to repair it to the same condition, so please contact us first via the inquiry form.

Regarding your order

- For made-to-order products (pre-order items), we cannot accept changes, cancellations, or exchanges after an order has been placed.
・Due to the nature of the BASE website system, it is not possible to change the size or product after an order has been completed. If you wish to make a change, please cancel the order and place a new order. Please contact us via Contact to inquire about this.
・We cannot cancel orders for some products via the system, so we will cancel all orders. In that case, the product may be sold out, but please understand. (Malicious order cancellations may result in us refusing to allow you to use our services in the future.)
・If you purchase items separately, we cannot ship them together due to system restrictions. Also, shipping fees will be charged for each order, so please be careful when purchasing.
・Since the payment is made through the BASE system, we are unable to provide individual receipts. Please use the statement of your credit card company.

Regarding shipping

・Purchased items will be shipped within one week after payment is confirmed, except for pre-order items. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)

└Shipping notifications will be sent automatically from the BASE system.
・The shipping status of the ordered item may be displayed as "Invoice number not registered" immediately after the "Shipping Completion Notification" email is sent, when the shipping volume increases, or depending on the timing of shipping. Depending on Yamato Transport's collection and operation status, it may take until the next day or the day after that to be reflected. We are unable to determine the reflection status, so we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you please wait for a while until it is reflected.
・We are unable to accept requests for specific arrival dates for parcels, as the BASE system may not allow us to specify the desired date and time. After shipment is complete, the BASE system will send you a shipping completion notification email with the shipping slip number, so please specify the arrival date yourself. (Yamato Transport)
